Our unique and exclusive plastic grille system combines a plastic-framed grille with a mounting receiver to create an attractive and functional air control product. The frames of the grille are vacuum-formed in smooth UV white or haircel black ABS. Vanes are either fixed (PG) or adjustable (PGA) in white or black painted aluminum attached to a plastic track. This track is also ABS and with the baked-on painted vanes, this product paints extremely well with great adhesion. The fixed vane model (PG) can be used as a fixed vane supply or as a filtered return with the addition of a filter. Without the filter it can be very useful when you need to ventilate a device and have access to that device. The PGA is a supply model with individually adjustable vanes. Both types of grilles are paired with a matching mounting receiver and they can be ordered with duct rings in several sizes and locations. These mounting receivers are installed from the finish side of the wall. The grille is then easily "snapped" into the receiver and held with stainless steel spring catches. The flange of the grille covers the receiver fasteners and creates a clean contemporary appearance. At present we only have grilles with one row of vanes but we expect to add a second row and damper models in the future.
